Tap. Tasted on the 17/03/2018 at "Biercab", Barcelona (Spain). 2017 version. Clear orange colour with a medium white head. Aroma of barnyard, rhubarb, citric and brett. Taste is slightly tarty, intense apple and barnyard. Finish is dry and woody. Next one please!

Keg at Akkurat, Stockholm. Hazy golden, minimal head. Distinct aroma of barnyard and cobwebs. Bone dry with citric acidity. Medium bodied with crisp, firm mouthfeel. Stunning lambic, mild notes rhubarb. Citric acid and barnyard dominate. Long stale hop bitterness. Excellent, as always from Cantillon.

750ml bottle at 5.5%. Pours hazy pinky gold with a medium head. Aroma is strong sour cheese, old socks, barnyard notes and a little rhubarb. Taste has cheesy sour notes to start. Sour rhubarb finish. Rhubarb on the aftertaste.

250ml on tap at Cafe Sara as Nath (2017). Misty golden-orange body, dotted spots on the glass, low white head. Berry skins on the nose with hints of farmyard. Rhubarb, brett, and berry tartness to the taste character. Woody, drying end. Refreshing. (Oslo 08.02.2018).

Tap at Macche in Rome-Italy. Golden orange clear and bright color, medium and persistent white foam. Nose is herbs and wild, oregano, cellar. Mouth: round and soft, a nice touch of honey too with a mild and unpercivable tartness. Clean, really...seducing.

75cl bottle. (2017) Bottled: 4. July 2017. A nearly clear pale golden beer with a huge most good lasting froothy white head. Aroma of tart grapes, some rhubarb, dry grassy fruits, funk. Taste of tart pale fruits, grapes, herbs, some rhubarb, medium carbonation, easy to drink, quite nice!

750 ml bottle shared at the brewery. Clear golden color with white to off white head. Yeasty and light malty aroma, light funky, barnyard notes, herbal spicy, light floral, citrusy fruity, also stone fruits. Sweet, light bitter and light acidic taste. Medium oily boy with soft carbonation.
