Rating: 6/7/2018 Total Score: 4.4. 0,15l from tap at Arrogant Sour Festival. Orange cloudy, color white head. Smells of spices, some blue chease, earthy, musty. Very lovely cheesy notes. Medium to full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. Tastes citric, cheesy, earthy, grassy, bit peppery, spices. Finishes lightly sour and lightly dry with cheesy, grassy and citric notes. Moeder Fontainas, at Quintessence day. Clear golden. Funk, elderflower, rhubarb. Medium, fruity, still sour and tart, little yoghurt, very present carbonation. Late funk, but it's there. Dryish fruity palate. Good.
