On tap at Ile Sauvage, pours a hazy dark amber with a small beige head. Aroma is extremely peppery, with lots of black pepper, followed by some pithy berries. Flavour is along the same lines, with plenty of black pepper, followed by pithy fruits. Chaotic and too peppery. Not good.

Dark red berry and peppery notes. Cloudy dark copper with a small white head. Light soured dark red berry with a hint of black pepper.
