Hoppy is back at it again with the slightly hazy Nordic Pale ale. We used Kveik yeast and a huge amount of hops to create this refreshingly light, juicy pale ale.

Dark blond, hazy. Delicate aroma, the yeast character is more evident in the flavour, funky, spicy, the hopping is not dominant but it also gives a nice touch.

Estery yeasty notes. Clear gold with a decent white head. Estery fruity yeast with a dry finish. Decent.

Slight haze, dullish gold, medium head. Lots of kveiky esters right up front. Light bitterness, a bit of toastiness to the malts. I’d say more phenolic than estery on the palate. It’s ok but this yeast just never seems to complement any hop bill.
