473 ml can. Pours a dull pinkish gold. Aromas of earthy florals and dried apple. Flavors of fruit flavoured medicine, more earthly florals and more dry apples. Not for me. Seems rose petals and apples don’t mix well.

Poured from the tap. Clear pinkish orange with almost no white head. Dry apple with just hint of berry.

Touch of berry on the nose. Clear orange pink with a decent white head. Dry and tart but not much berry.

Smells softly of nice fruitiness of no distinction. Has a good light pink clear body but no foam. Flavour is good crisp fruitiness but not that good. Crisp enough mouthfeel. Decent, okay, middling.

Draught at Parallel 49, Vancouver
Very pale yellow colour with copper-gold hue. Nice aroma, lightly vinous. The mouthfeel is quite dry, nice fruit character. Apple cider, Riesling. With mild acidity, crisp.
Quite pleasant.

On tap at Parallel 49, pours a clear beige with a small white head. Aroma brings out light vinous notes, a touch of red berries, and crisp red apples. Flavour is similar, with red apples, some red wine and a touch of floral notes. Medium sweet, with little depth. Decent cider.
