Smells of bright grains and sweet hops, has great foam on a semi-cloudy gold body. Flavour is orangey notes on sweet hops and grain. Nice mouthfeel with good oiliness. Very nice, well made, expertly balanced.

Can from Legacy LRS, Vancouver
Hazy light amber colour. Uh, very mild aroma, some husks, light herbaceous hop. The mouthfeel is almost oily, the malt base is mild and husky, the hopping is the opposite of bright, some resins, some herbaceous character.
Not very pleasanrt. This is not a modern West Coast IPA, this is a backward IPA, and the hop expression is so poor, even more for a brewery that has had focus on hops as their mission.

Slight haze, golden-amber. The aroma here is really chewy, quite piney with the old school hops. The bitterness isn't all that strong, but the chewiness is still there. I'm at the point where even though this isn't actually that chewy, it's a bit too chewy for me.

473mL can, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out piney hops, candied sugar, and some perfumey notes. Flavour is along the same lines, with candied sugar, piney hops, and caramely biscuity malt. Candied and piney finish. Pretty solid.
