Sort of a dullish dark colour. Nice bubbly head but the body looks a bit off. Slight haze. On the nose, there's some orangey hop notes and a little bit of pine as well. Similar on the palate. Medium bitterness, more pine than orange, but still both. Malts are definitely a touch murky - not bright like they should be. All told, it's not bad, but some fairly clear flaws, probably oxidation, are getting in the way.

Draught at 12 Kings, Vancouver
Cloudy blond colour with small compact head. Nice aroma, explosive fruity character, pungent, grapes, light citrus, light passionfruit. Lean body, some crisp malt base, very good hopping, with a sharp dank character, bitter citrus peel, and light piney resins; but also some chicory bitterness in the finish.
Very good. Despite the chicory flaw, this has more character than the Meridian tasted side to side, and it's my favourite of the series.

On tap at 12 Kings, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright piney hops, with plenty of citrus, and candied malts. Flavour is along the same lines, bursting with piney and citrus hops, with plenty of candied sugar, and finishing with a pleasant bitterness. Expertly constructed - those Amarillo hops really shine. Very good.

West and dank with lots of sweet tropical notes. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Light weedy and some vegetal notes with a touch of light bitterness.
