Swerving jervis is full of twists and turns. Dried out in the Brut style, it's brewed with Belgian Ardennes yeast and Sabro hops to impart a beautiful mix of tangerine, tropical fruit, stone fruit and subtle spice.

341mL can, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out Belgian yeast, a touch of champagne yeast, and light floral hops. Flavour is along the same lines, with floral hops, and earthy Belgian yeast. Muffled and earthy. No good.

Bottle from Tapworks. Sort of a murky dull tan colour, with a bubbly head. The aroma has alcohol, and quite phenolic. It's a bit off on the palate, though - sweet, phenolic, sticky, plastic, light floral hop notes. Really seems like something isn't quite right with the fermentation, but I can't put my finger on it. It's such a weird character.

Bomber bottle bought from the brewery. Hey, that's a lot of B's! This pours a carbonated cloudy yellow with plenty of good white foam though it doesn't stick around for too long. The aroma is this wonderful sweet peach, easily the best aroma I've had from these guys. Flavour is meaty peach with soft malt hints. Full mouthfeel, chewy sugariness. A nice brew, fruity yet still with some good grain notes here and there.
