Bottle at Brian's
Cloudy blond colour. Strong aroma, Brett, manure, cork. Soft mouthfeel, moderate acidity, citrus fruit, and some yeast character.
Very enjoyable.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy yellow with a tiny white head. Aroma brings out lots of musty funk, earthy yeast, and biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with musty, earthy funk upfront, with brett, and tart citrus. Earthy, funky and tart finish. Very good.

Funky stone fruity Brett notes. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Light stone fruit and a pleasant finish. Touch of green apple.

Hazy, light blonde. Lots of brett on the nose, with a light pale malt accent. It's tart, bretty, with a slight pale malt character. Solid lactic accent.
