This Wild Farmhouse Ale was fermented using 100% Brettanomyces and blended with Sauvignon Blanc grape must. Hopped with late addition Nelson Sauvin, this Wild Ale is full of complex layers of vinous gooseberry, tropical fruit, subtle Unicorn Blanket, and a balanced acidity.

On tap at Foamer's Folly. Smells softly of white grains, has a cloudy yellow body with hints of orange and then some soft creamy white head on top. Flavour is big yeasty grain, lots of light peppery stuff going on. Mouthfeel is full enough and there's a vaguely dry finish. This is a nice farmhouse style yet somehow comes across as somewhat simplistic.

On tap at 12 Kings, pours a clear faded copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle brett, some rustic notes, some esters. Flavour is a little funkier, with rustic farmhouse notes, a touch of citrus, and crisp biscuity malt. Not very complex and lacking depth. Decent.

Sweet mango like notes. Clearish gold with a decent white head. Light mango fruity notes and a sticky finish.

Medium haze. Light tan. Fairly phenolic nose. Maybe a touch of brett. Fermentation is a bit dirty, off sour, yeasty, some grape note but not hitting.

Draught at St. Augustine's, Vancouver
Hazy blond colour. Mild fruit character, very grapey, with the character of so called Brut beers; it's dry, the alcohol is warming, a bit astringent in the finish. No horseblanket, if that was the intention.
Nice beer, grossly overpriced.
