Poured from the tap. Clear-ish gold with small white head. Mild tart citrus with farmhouse yeast. It does walk the tightrope of going sour, but just manages to come out on the decent flavour side.

Tall can from The Gull. Appearance: a bit hazy golden with a white head. Aroma: a bit flowery with some peppery notes, kind of mix of Belgian and American saisons. Taste: similar. Overall: pretty refreshing and easy drinkable.

Nice mostly clear yellow body and bright white head. Soft sweet vegetably grain aroma. Flavour is light grain and yeast, soft citrus notes. Full enough on the mouth and wet finish. Soft and relaxing, not bad for a spring beer.

Pale and hazy. Yeasty, with a touch of citrus. It's ok, but I'm not sure the point - like what is this beer trying to be.

Draught at the brewery
Cloudy blond colour. The farmhouse yeast is evident, but it's also a bit smelly, sweaty, old people, rancid. I don't get much from themalt base, the yeast is strong but, similarly with the aroma, there is some farmhouse character and some sour/rancid character; orange feeling, from the hops.
The elements are bold, the result is not bad, but confused. You play with fire, you need gloves.

Soured lemon citrus. Cloudy gold with a small white head. Citrus and Passionfruit with a nice finish. Well balanced.

On tap at Dageraad, pours a cloudy bright yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright farmhouse notes, with sharp citrus and a little rustic saison yeast. Flavour is very bright and clean, with sharp citrus, rustic saison yeast, and a touch of funk. Nicely balanced and bright. Excellent.
