Bottle sample at a tasting at Yaron's place. Pale red. Apples, funk, fruity, cherry, oak, sour, juicy, slightly lemony, a bit acidic. Really good and refrshing.

75cl bottle @ the Last Beer Tasting Before Lockdown 2.0 with Soph and Ewan. Misty deep pink appearance. Wild fruity nose, a little plummy, red berries. Taste presents a lovely wild character, super crisp and sour with great clarity of flavours. Comes across perhaps more of a sour beer, than a cider due to the level of sourness present. Nice complex fruity sour overall.

ABV: 5.9%. Hazy matt light to medium red colour with a small, open and fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, pink'ish head. Aroma is moderate apple, red apples, tart, plums - sweet plums, tart apples. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, sweet, sugary, apple, red apples, plums - sweet plums, apple - grapes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Do not get any beer - malt here ! [20200208]
