Keg at the RVK tap room. It pours clear pale gold with a dissipating white head. The aroma is soft, lactic, yoghurt, slightly soapy, toasty grain and hay. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, lactic, yoghurt, soapy citrus, lemon - lime and a touch of sherbet. Light body and fine carbonation. Simple, easy going sour.

Light soured soapy notes. Cloudy pale gold with a small white head. Light sour lemon notes and a clean finish. Subtle and well balanced.
