2019-02-07, tasting at Matt's, bottle, 6-3-6-3-13=31
Sweetish, hence not Brut, but from bottle the Pilsner is more enjoyable.
2019-02-01, draught at the brewery, 5-3-6-2-11= 27
Blond colour. Not dry like a Brut beer, without the character of a Brut beer, and without the characteristics that would make a Pilsner good; high gravity lagers are a risk, and indeed this one is a bit oily and has some fusels off flavour (very mild); some sweet straws in the finish.
Clean, unnecessary beer.

Light sweet grains. Clear gold with a small white head. Light sweet and fruity with some grains. Touch of bitterness and effervescent.

650mL bottle, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out herbaceous notes, lots of grass, and crisp crackery malt. Flavour is crisp, with grassy hops, some crisp champagne yeast, and biscuity malt. Crisp, grassy and fresh. Nice stuff.
