Draught at the brewery
Clean dark blond colour. Mild aroma, some apple, light spice. Good body, the yeast character is strong, wood and spice, hint of banana.
Not sure if it's a Saison, more like a Belgian Ale, but it's good.

Okay orangey brown boring body and a bit of white foam on top. Soft semi spicy grain but it is really hard to pick out. Flavour is spicy grain and nothing else, saisony I suppose but lacking complexity. Mouthfeel is full enough but no dry finish like I like. Simply adequate, nothing exciting.

On tap at Main Street, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out light rustic saison yeast, with some biscuity malt under there. Flavour is fairly light, with gentle rustic saison yeast, some hoppy bitterness, and toasted biscuity malt. Thankfully, not getting phenols - they must've cleared up. Still, not an exciting beer. Meh.

Copper colour. Thin head. Sticky, estery mess. Some phenols, too. A lot of wonky notes, totally incohesive. And while I'm looking for something positive to take away, I'm not finding anything here.

Light yeasty Belgian notes. Clear gold with a decent white head. Light sweet and some peppery bitter notes.
