Bottle at the John=Jim Den Haag tasting, Den Haag. Poured a hazy yellow colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is rich, a little sour with citrus notes. The flavour is slightly sour, yeasty a little malty. A nice beer to drink slowly with friends!

Bottle shared @ Jim is John tasting. Hazy yellow color, full sized a bit rough white head. Smells just a like a saison: yeasty, a bit herbal and funky. Taste lightly malts, herbs or spices, funky and yeasty. Medium body and carbonation.

1pt 6 fl oz bottle ordered from Bierkompass. Sampled on March 23, 2013.Unfiltered.Clear yellow color, big white head. Sweet, yeasty, spicy scent. Sweet, herbal, spicy, yeasty, salty taste. Spritzy mouthfeel, low bitterness.

Bottle @ Brewdog Edinburgh. Pours golden with a nice head. The nose has the expected farmyard and green hoppy/apple notes. There’s more of the same on the taste. So, it’s typical saison but perhaps it’s a little low on alcohol to have the balance I’d prefer. I think the sour yeast and bitter hops combination is a little too much. It could do with just a little sweetness. Overall, solid but not one I’ll choose to have again.

Bottle shared at Beer Temple tasting. Pours cloudy straw with an off white head. Aroma of yeast, wheat, fruit and ginger. Flavor is light toolset ate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.

Bottle. Vibrant cloudy golden beer with a strong white head. The aroma is citric and gently spiced, and the flavour is gently bitter and orangey citrus with some sourness and spice. Overall a very nice citrus and spiced beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bomber. Bready, slightly doughy nose, spicy, yeast, light citrus, grass. Brilliant gold color, cloudy, with a super fine head. Bready flavor, dough, orange, spice. Starts sweet, gets quite dry. Not much hop action. A bit too spicy. OK, but something missing.

Bottle from a trade with cbkschubert. Pours cloudy pale golden color with white head. Funky aroma with some orange peel and wheat with doughy yeast. Light wheat flavor with some spiciness and funkiness and a little citrus. Light to medium body with lively carbonation. Nice refreshing brew on a warm summer night. Thanks Craig.

Bottle as Summer Saison. Hazy golden color, massive white head with good retention and solid lacing. Aroma of funky, dusty attic floors and barnyard, with a bit of lemon pepper. Taste is dusty black pepper, hay, straw. Very nice.
