Bottle @ BBF13. Pours clear pale golden with airy white head. Clear aroma of hops with notes of malt and a subtle touch of citrus. Sweetish, malty flavour with notes of hops and yeast. High carbonation. Mildly bready and bitter aftertaste. OK.

Bottle. Musty yeast, coriander, and sweet fruity wheat malt aroma. Hazy yellow with a large white head. Sweet musty fruit, light funky yeast, spice, and wheat flavor. Light body, moderate carbonation. Light and refreshing, goes down easily.

12 oz bottle from a four-pack. "In Search of a Great Saison, Part 3." Pours hazy yellow with a thick white pillowy head with excellent retention; leaves a little lace. Aroma is very earthy, fruity (berries). Taste is lightly sweet and earthy with faint clovey phenols. Mouthfeel is foamy before the thin body reveals itself. A little watery, even. Being a summer beer, this is probably intentional, but right now I’m wanting more body. This is 1:30 in the morning, though. A beer like this would be just right in the hot sun. Wait til tomorrow, then.

12oz bottle. Hazy dull tan-orange. Creamy white head. A pretty good Saison, makes all the spices and yeast work for it. Peach, lemon-lime, ginger, orange peel tastes...a lot going on. The yeast really is going strong, almost has too much of a liveliness..think Rayon Vert. A quality offering for sure, very tea-ish, herbal, but manages to make that tasty and enjoyable in an authentic way.

Tap at Everybody’s Brewing, White Salmon, 24/05/13. Clear pale blonde with a big white head. Nose is light malt, grass, lemon, bitter orange, farmyard. Taste comprises light lemon zest, herbal qualities, grass, touch of warming spice, earthy. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, crisp finish. Decent saison.

Bouteilles 22oz. De couleur dorée et légèrement voilée. Nez de levures fruitées (agrumes, notes de pommes rouges), moyennement épicées (poivre doux) et aux notes rustiques, de pain, léger de houblon herbeux et et de céréales avec des petites notes de miel. Moyennement ronde en bouche avec un pétillement moyen ainsi qu’une texture très légèrement crémeuse. Goût de levures fruitées (agrumes douces, traces de pommes), légèrement épicées (poivre doux, faibles traces de gingembre) et rustiques lors de l’entrée en bouche auquel se rajoute un goût de pain avec un léger goût de céréales et quelques traces de miel. Parallèlement, l’on retrouve une légère amertume aux notes asséchantes de houblon herbeux jusqu’en finale. Post-goût moyen et aux notes sèches, légèrement amer de houblon herbeux avec un goût de levures légèrement épicées et fruitées.
