12 ounce bottle into tulip glass, bottled on 3/4/2013. Pours lightly cloudy golden straw color with a 2-3 finger foamy white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Light spotty foamy lacing clings on the glass. Aromas of lemon, pear, apple, orange peel, coriander, ginger, clove, pepper, cracker, wheat, grass, floral, and herbal/yeast earthiness. Nice aromas with good complexity and balance of spice and yeast ester notes; with good strength. Taste of lemon, pear, apple, orange peel, coriander, clove, pepper, wheat, cracker, grass, floral, and herbal/yeast earthiness. Lingering notes of citrus, light fruits, coriander, clove, pepper, wheat, cracker, grass, and herbal/yeast earthiness on the finish for a short bit. Nice balance and complexity of yeast and spice flavors; with light malt presence and no cloying flavors after the finish. High carbonation and light bodied; with a very crisp, smooth, and prickly mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with zero warming present after the finish as expected for being under 5%. Overall this is a nice session saison style. Good balance and complexity of yeast and spice flavors; and extremely smooth and crisp to drink. A nicely enjoyable offering.

Straw Yellow and a minor flufy white head. Wheat heavy with citrus on the nose. Wheat heavy on taste as well. lots of orange a bit herbal. has some bready qualities as well.

12 oz bottle. Snifter displays a clear yellow without any head. Nose is spicy yeast with notes of honey and floral hops. Flavor of yeast, malted wheat, flowers and and mild tones of pepper. The texture is lightly dry in a medium body. Overall a real affordable, easy to drink saison. Nice brew.

Pours effervescent, candy-yellow with a thick white head. Yeast, lemon scent. Flavour is a little musty light fruit, yeast... Light and tasty.

Bottle. Musty lactic lemon, malt, orange peel and light ginger aroma. Golden yellow with giant white head. Lightly sweet and musty lemon peel barley malt. Light body. Nice light beer.

Bottle from GBBF 2013 drunk at home. Clear paleish gold lasting white head. Saison aroma. Not overly hoppy or spicy on the aroma. Clean in mouth. Some hop on finish. Very light pepper. Very drinkable I mean stupidly drinkable, the bottle is disappearing quickly, Not an intense or full on saison. More of a drinkable APA version. Very likeable and sessionable.

Bottle. Pours a near clear pale gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has a really earthy grains through out with a bit of ginger and sweet citrus. Flavor is similar with earthy grains throughout, some belgian yeast and a hint of light spice and ginger.

Bottle at BBF13. Lemony aroma. Almost clear golden colour. Big stable white head. The flavour is also citric, bready and a little watery. High carbonation. Refreshing enough, I suppose, but I would have like more flavour.
