Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, pale malt, moderate hoppy, fruity, moderate to heavy yeasty, fruity, peppery, saison yeast. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, spicy, coriander, hoppy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120817]

Big bottle at Schouskjelleren. Pretty clear golden with a nice, white head. Aroma of Belgian yeast, fruits, malt and just hints of hops. Well balanced. Lightly hoppy and dry finish. Refreshing and nice.

Bottle, 22oz. It pours a hazy, pale golden body topped by a dense, two-finger white head. Fruity, peachy, lightly piney and malty aroma with a faint peppery touch. Some sourish hints, in a pleasant way. It’s a but heavy on the carbonation, dry and medium-bodied, with lots of fruitiness in the flavour. Some sour hints, mostly in a fruity way. A weak but pleasant bitterness arrives after a while. Overall, a tasteful and very easy drinkable beer. Quenches very good too. 120831

Sample at Pizza Port San Clemente. This brew pours a hazy pale yellow color with a medium white head that evaporates steadily to a film. Spotty lacing on the glass. The aroma is fruity with notes of hops and yeast. Light-bodied with flavors of citrus, grassy hops and yeast. The finish is slightly funky with a short spicy yeast aftertaste. Decent overall.

650ml bottle. Clear pale golden colour with average, frothy, white head. Fruity aroma has notes of blood orange, tangerine, citrus, decent spicy background. Taste is fruity and minimally spicy with a tart touch, dry to bitter finish with hints of blood orange and grapefruit. The relatively decent spicy notes correspond with the relatively light body, resulting in a well balanced Saison, though a somewhat "lower" interpretation compared to other examples of this style.
