A deep dark stout with a thin dark brown head. In aroma, sweet bitter chocolate with coffee grind, light cherry, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with light grassy hops, light cherry notes, pleasant and smooth. On tap at Lupulus.

Tasting at Matt's, can
Dark brown colour. Earthy cacao aroma. Roasted malt flavour, dusty, earthy, old chocolate, with very light fruity sourness.
Not very interesting.

Nutty and cocoa notes. Deep brown with a small beige head. Nutty and a bit of bitterness but thin for the style.

355mL can, pours a deep dark reddish brown with a small beige head. Aroma is quite spicy and sweet, with lactose, vanilla, and a hint of toasted caramel. Flavour brings out burnt caramelized sugar, lactose, and toasted malt. I like the adjuncts here. The palate is a bit thin, but the different elements work well together.
