Clear golden. Aroma is orange lime coriander spices toast. Taste is sweet pleasant malt with some bitter spices and hops. Finish is more spices and a bit of sweet fruit. Almost no carbonation. But still fresh.

On tap at Oedipus, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle Szechuan peppercorns, rustic spicy saison yeast and a touch of floral character. Flavour is spicy, with rustic saison yeast, a touch of peppers and lemongrass, and finishing floral and fry. Nothing overly invigorating but it's pleasant.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours golden with a slight haze and a smallish, rough, white head. Spicy, yeasty nose with a hint of the lemongrass. Medium body, spicy, perfumy but super dry. Hoppy, bitter finish. I don't really get the Sorachi or the Szechuan. 020223

Gekauft in einem Laden in Leiden. Flasche. Trübes Gelb, leicht trüb, dünne Schicht kleinporiger Schaum. Aroma: Zitrus, Gewürze. Geschmack: mittlere Süße, leicht sauer. Getreide, Gewürze.
