Pale red-purple, bright, not much head. Tart. Light berry, simple kettle, and a bit yeasty. Restrained but not in a good way, weak.

Sweet fruity red berry. Cloudy pinkish with a decent white head. Soured berry with a light berry finish. Beets don’t really come through as earthy but sweet and fruity.

Aroma is soft juice of no distinction, beets are not present and the berries could be any kind of berry. Has a lighter muddled pink fruit skin body and a bit of foam on top. Flavour is sour juiciness tempered by beets, a good mix but it comes across as muddy. Medium finish and good sourness anyway. An average effort.
