Bottle at a tasting in Beermalade. Pretty dry, thin body, high carbonation. Malt in background, hops too. Slightly spicy, light coconut. The special ingredients not really showing too much, only very subtly. Easy drinking though, tasty too.

Bottle pours out golden topped with a big fluffy white head. Nose is nice big spice notes sweet honey and floral. Taste is more of the nice sweet honey notes spice and a floral touch. A fun one to try.

Bottle from an Albert Heijn, Ghent - presumably. Pour clear golden with a lasting, small, frothy, off-white head. Aroma of banana peel, freshly baked bread, yeast, pepper, lemongrass, grass, wheat. Taste is light fruity sweet, notes of unripe apple, pear & some estery banana, very bready & yeasty with faint honey; medium spicy bitter core of grass & pepper, sourish undertones of lemon zest & wheat, leading to a dry, peppery hoppy finish where faint earth, yeast & esters linger. Medium body, slick-oily texture, fizzy carbonation. Balanced as a whole, all the accents are there but in a subtle manner.

Keg at Heidrun, 09/03/19. Clear golden blonde with a decent off white covering. Nose is grassy, herbal notes, clove, citric kissed straw, lemon rind. Taste comprises grass, yeast esters, stale bread, on the turn melon, light white peppery spice, trace of banana. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Good crisp and clean saison.
