This beer is brewed during the hop harvest with a portion of unkilned or “wet” hops fresh off the vine. Apricot in color, Broo Doo’s nose has dominant orange, pine sap and floral notes, balanced by a glazed nut and toffee malt body. This celebration of the hop harvest has intense tropical fruit, citrus and spicy accents that showcase the complexity of the hops we all love. October release.

Refrigerated brown bomber, extra from queenholly, poured into a snifter. Pours hazy apricot in color with big white head, and little lacing. Medium body, medium carbonation, and medium pine aroma. Taste is herbal hops, grass, pine, and bitter hop finish. I would this bottle is a touch past its prime, but I get the idea of this one and it is pretty good.

22 oz. bottle, pours a hazy golden orange with a small white head. Nose is full of fresh piney hops, some light biscuity malts and some grapefruit. Flavour is very piney and grapefruity-heavy, with barely any malt backbone. Loads of hops finish off the palate, with a heavy astringency. Excellent fresh hop IPA.

Bottle shared. Pours clear orange with a small off white head. Aroma of citrus, pine, orange, some tropical fruits and a light caramel backbone balancing it out. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and over moderate bitter. Full bodied with soft carbonation. Damn this is good..

Pours a light, pale, golden yellow, with smallish head. Strong citrus and hop aromas. Flavors include the expected piney hops and citrus goodness, with some malt sweetness to balance things out. Not as bitter as some IPAs. Very tasty.

650ml bottle, $8.49. Slightly hazy orange-tan, massive fluffy white head. Fresh, zesty hop aroma. A really awesome IPA, lots of fresh citrus flavor, and some resiny pine. Light and pleasant on the palate, this is quite refreshing despite the big hop flavor. Really comes off quite West Coast, hop forward. Smooth melon tones, clean toasty golden malt. Quite a delicate beer, expertly executed.

Bottle shared with evanlarkin. Hazy variegated golden brown color, large white head with moderate retention. Aroma is detectable from across the room as soon as the bottle is opened, with giant bouquets of flowers and perfume with a bit of gras and Hawaiian islands. Taste is bready, slightly toasty bitter caramel Very nice stuff.

Bottle. Thanks to SecretSanta. Pours cloudy golden with a small creamy head and lacings. Nose and flavor are dominated by fresh hops - but very well balanced and tasty. Pine, grapefruit, orange and a bit of soapy and perfumey hops. Smooth and crisp. Really lovely. Dry hoppy end.

Bottle thanks to one of my good friends. Poured a solid orange color with a medium sized white head. Aroma is so citrusy. Flavor has a graininess that is not too bad, and flavor is so citrus. Touch of pine, grapefruit, spice. Good.

Bottle with Doodler and Co. Thanks everyone! Light yellow appearance with a big fluffy, off-white head. Slightly piney, orange citrusy, hoppy aroma. Sweet pale malty, mild citrusy, piney, organic hoppy flavor. Tasty beer.
