Irish-inspired red ale owing much to crystal malts. Moderately hoppy, more on the rounded, malty side of things, with tasted bread and nutty notes. A true session beer, easy-drinking and at at moderate strength (4,8% ABV), it’s a perfect match with cooked ham, stews and many hard and semi-soft cheeses

Belgisch angehaucht, kaum hopfig, säuerlich fruchtig, geht in Richtung Farmhouse. Lecker.

Bottle, thank you very much Stefan! Light hazy dark orange to red, low offwhite cream. Wood and tart berries, chewy sourdough bread base, light bretty tartness, light roast and caramel, rosehip and roasted sweet potatoes. Not extreme in any way just a solid chewy beer.

Bottle. Pours brown with almost no head. Roasty malt aromas, some bitterness, quite dirty though. No harmony.

Bottle from CH-303 a thank you, Asbjørn! An unstoppable gusher: I lost 2/3 of the bottle. Pours cloudy reddish amber with rocky but stable off-white head. Clear aroma of caramel malt and fruit, with some hoppy and estery notes. Bitterish and dusty onset, giving way to sweetish notes of caramel malt and fruit, ending hoppy bitter and estery. Bitterish aftertaste. Quite watery. Drinkable but nothing special.

Dark amber color with small head. Malty aroma, some milk as well, caramel as well. Taste is milky, a bit caramel, okay. Not Trois Dames level as it could be.
