Dink growler from fiery1 (thanks Brian!), pours a hazy dark mahogany with a tiny beige head. Aroma brings out tart caramel, bready malt, and a bit of red fruits. Flavour is quite earthy, with toasted caramel, pine needles and dark red fruits. Piney and sweet finish. Not bad.

Tasting at Brian's, swing-top bottle
Dark amber colour with beige head. A bit smelly, footy. Strong body, some malt, but also a lot of booze, not much flavour depth, sweet, earthy, some nuts.
Weird, not very well made, maybe interesting in Regina, but there is room for improvement.

Woody and sweet caramel. Cloudy copper with a small white head. Sweet sugary caramel and a bitter woody finish.

750ml bottle at Brian's. Pours a hazy copper with a tan head. Aroma is some sour fruits with some hoppy notes. Taste is similar with high bitterness but sweet at the same time. Not really good balanced or elegant.

Dark amber. No haze. On the nose, it's a fairly chewy experience. On the palate, simple, a touch chewy, with some deeper fruity notes, a touch of esters. It's ok.
