Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a huge off-white head - seems over carbonated or infected. The aroma has notes of straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of yeast, moldy hay, and malt, leading to a dry moldy finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a cloudy golden with a huge and frothy white head leaving quite some lacework. Heavy yeast and phenols in the nose, a little fruit as well. Medium body, again all horrible fermentation errors, this is more phenol soup than anything else. Goddam awful! 090212

Bottled 330ml. -Courtesy of and shared with Marko (thanks!)
Murky yellow/golden coloured, big white head, odd yeasty nose with touch of sauerkraut and meat. Malty, yeasty and acidic hoppy with not so pleasant notes of meat. Dry peppery finish. Quite messy brew.

Bottle from the Cave a Bulles, Paris, shared with ogivlado Poured a murky golden body with a huge white head that went away too slowly for comfort. Dry yeasty nose, bit chalky, bit woody. Sharpy perfumey marzipan taste (not in a particularly way, but not too bad), ends meaty and soapy. Completely messy. This looks like a huge hit and miss from the look of things, and mine was a miss.

Yellow body with plenty of sediment, a nice big and solid white head. Aroma of moldy grass and wet hops, or like hiding in a cardboard box in the rain. Taste is smooth and bright - lots of caramel and malt mixed together with a dry and spicy finish. Really good taste on this one, I’m impressed.

Hazy blond color; too much head. The aroma has a paper touch. It has a dryish mouthfeel, with no malt flavor, but a strong vegetable taste, getting worse towards the end. Maybe a bad choice of yeast over a common beer. Bad.
