Bottle from the brewery. Hazy orange pour, with a large white head. Aroma has loads of funk, earthy barrel, hints of vanilla and white wine vinegar. Soft fruit, stone fruit, grass, wet hay. Low bitterness, loads of funk, earthy, woody barrel kinda dominate bear the end wit a vinegar punch.

Clear golden color and a white head. Sweet vinous-acidic nose. Tart, sour, apples, acidic, pepper, tannine. But at least a rather short finish.

330ml bottle at Brian's. Pours a hazy golden with a weak white head. Aroma is funky and fruity. Taste is low to moderate acidic with barrel notes. Pretty dry. Quite good.

Creamy and some nice funk. Cloudy gold with no head. Tart and funk with some barrel. Funky and light cheese. Decent, but not worth the price.

Tasting at Brian's, corked bottle
Cloudy pale blond colour. The aroma is mildly lemony, funky, some moldy cellar character. Soft mouthfeel, it has some lambic character, moldy cellar, but also a bit dough-y, very light acetic, and lot of grapefruit, lemon peel, bergamot.
Very good.

This has a dullish hazy appearance, without much head. Quite leathery on the nose, with a bretty dryness. There's a bit of sweetness, then leather. Nice balance and sweetness, but the dry leathery stuff is pretty good.
