473mL can, pours an opaque peachy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of rich resinous hops, some pine, and fruity stone fruits. Flavour is wonderfully rich, with resinous hops, pine, and stone fruits. Rich and resiny. Lovely.

Can. Legacy. Murky trub, without much head. Has a fairly prominent and vaguely grapefruity lupulin powder aroma, with a touch of alcohol. A bit thin and harsh - not so much from alcohol as just a stinging hop note, not much malt but also a bit of yeast. Not especially balanced.

Tall can from JAK's New West. Pours a cloudy (can has been shaked as per Alex, lol) pale golden with a white head. Aroma is dank, some grassy notes, tropical fruits. Taste is along the same lines, SUPER juicy. I think it will become brilliant in a couple of weeks.

Canned today, from The Gull, North Vancouver
Ugly murky yellow with generous compact head, at least the head is an improvement over the average NE IPA. The aroma is extremely dank, musky, with a late addition of tropical fruit and citrus zest. The mouthfeel is moderately chewy, but not flour-y or astringent; the dank character transfers from the aroma directly into the flavour, like rarely seen in other beers, the sweetness is very moderate, the hop character is also very piney, quite zesty, and with a harsh but acceptable level of bitterness in the end.
It's still very green, but I'm glad that I could try a beer so fresh. And it's going to be great.
