It’s a beer we’ve been wanting to brew again since that first @farmhousefest and it only feels right to give it the name Multi Malt!
Fermented with Saison yeast and bottle conditioned with Brettanomyces bruxellensis, Multi Malt is complex, funky, and finishes with a touch of spice. It’s surprisingly light for such a malt forward beer and can be enjoyed now or put away for a year or so for more Brett funkiness.

Bottle from Jak's, New Westminster
Hazy blond colour with large frothy and persistent head. The aroma is very powerful, mostly spicy, but also funky, reminiscent of Belgian ales such as Orval. The mouthfeel is bone dry, it has a crisp and delicate malt base, freshly baked white bread, some spicy and funky yeast, and light, soft esters in the finish.
Lovely find.

500mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of rustic saison yeast upfront, with a touch of earth. Flavour is along the same lines, with rustic saison yeast, crackery malt, and a touch of earth. Nice rustic saison yeast character. Nothing complex and pretty light, but not bad overall.

500ml bottle at Brian's. Pours a bit hazy pale golden with a white head. Aroma brings out some pleasant Belgium Saison notes, bretts, slight malty notes. Taste is similar, quite carbonated and crispy, lightly bodied. Very drinkable. Pretty good.

Bottle - Light yeast and ester notes. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Peppery and malty with some esters.
