A Gose is a sour, salty, wheat beer and our take on it builds on that intriguing base. Using tart, red lingonberries along with lime compliments the acidity already present in the beer and adds a new dimension to the flavour as well as a beautiful colour. We added just enough Pink Himalayan Salt to provide a bright sparkle that makes the whole beer shine.

Salty, clean and a nice, but very obviously kettle soured. Artifical looking color. Coop sk

Smells softly of fruit and salt. Has an okay foam on top of a foggy pink body. Flavour is good gose with a hint of lime. Medium finish. Not bad at all.

Cloudy. Light tan colour. Medium head. Honestly there isn't a big aroma on this one. Mellow berry, lime and salt. All as advertised. Balanced. Certainly not much wow factor but a well-made fruited gose.

Draft - Soured grains with a touch of lime. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Soured Light berry and a touch of lime. Salt is overpowered by lime.

On tap at Parallel 49, pours an opaque bright pinkish peach colour with a small white head. Aroma brings out fresh line upfront, with a touch of coriander. Flavour is along the same lines, with fresh lime, pithy berries, some lacto and light salt. Tart, lacto-y and the earthy. Not so convinced by this, but it's alright.

Draught at the brewery
Murky orange color. Mild, nice aroma of lactic acid. Prominent sourness, not much lactic acid, strong lemony (lime) character, rounded by something else (probably the berries), and with mild saltiness.
Nothing exceptional, but pleasant.
