Brewed with Vienna, Pilsner, Munich and a touch of malted spelt, Divination was hopped With Tettnang and Amarillo in the kettle, along with a bit of dried orange peel. It was then fermented in one of our newer oak foudres with a strain of clean house saison yeast before being transferred to stainless, where it was dry-hopped with Australian Summer and Cashmere.

On tap at Elizabeth Station, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out light saison yeast, light earthy notes and biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with dry biscuity malt, earthiness and saison yeast. Bone dry, with a short duration on the mouthfeel. Good, but underwhelming.

Draft - Belgian Aromatic yeast and some funk. Clear pale gold with a decent white head. Soft and Aromatic grains with a light Perfumy citrus note.

Draft 13 oz pour enjoyed at Hop and Hound. Extremely refreshing brew here. A mostly clean, shiny golden pour, thin layer of ice head. A soft pils grain with a lemon like zest. Active carb, a cool constant. A bit sharp late, and a quick, semi dry finish. Late reminder has a dry apple like character. A really nice brew here.
