Draft pour enjoyed at Burke Gilman. Dont always jump at the guest brews, but couldn't resist a peach sour. Tis the season for a dessert sour like this. Pours a darker, slight hazy golden orange. I really expected more out of a peach cobbler sour. This tastes bold, burnt, almost charred. Offputting sour orange and funk aroma, but not a good funk. Minimal tart, plenty of spice, odd malt, and an aggressive linger. Absolutely no reminder of a peach cobbler, and the hopes of a nostalgic reunion as squashed here. Not a bad brew, but certainly disappointing.

Draft - Baking space and some dirty notes. Clearish gold with a decent white head. Soured baking spices. Odd and peach isn’t there.
