Can to becher glass.
Appearance: copper color with a slight transparency and a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: citrusy and grassy hops and a caramel/toffee malt base
Flavor: leads with the malts and then the hops make a decent to combine to some bittersweetness; finishes malty and citrusy
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, some smoothness
Overall: nice enough APA but I wouldn't mind if the hops were more cohesive with the malts in the taste, just my two cents.

[12oz can from Total Wines, Brea, CA] A hazy amber pour with a tight cream head; aroma of sour grains and caramel; full bodied with a herbal woody bitterness with some citrus and a sweet malty base.

From a 12 o. can. Pours a hazy greenish gold with a massive off white head. Grassy aroma. Flavors of bitter pine and a hint of caramel sweetness.

12oz can pours out amber topped with a sand head. Nose is grassy hops some earth notes and a little sweet malt. Taste is more of the nice sweet bread malts and a nice mellow grass hop.

Can from HomeBrewStuff rather dark pour for a APA Mellow light toasted maltiness and some hop bite but not really hoppy and not really pale. Not bad, just a bit of an odd duck.

Can from Boise Co-op. Dark amber with a tight, creamy head. Aroma and taste are malt forward, stronger in the taste than the aroma. Caramel, malty, with a bitter bite that seems to come from nowhere.
