Tasting at Matt's; corked bottle
Very pale blond colour, hazy. The aroma is lightly herbal. The mouthfeel is very dry; it's a mildly sour Blond Ale, with a mild funky character, no honey.
Ok.

500mL bottle, pours a hazy pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is quite faint, with light honey, some saison yeast and earthy notes. Flavour is along the same lines, with very gentle honey, saison yeast, and some earthy notes. Nice rustic character - I'd never guess this was a braggot. Dry, rustic, and nicely structured. Good stuff.

Bottle - Light funk and barrel notes. Clear pale gold with a small white head. Light sweetness, touch of light fruit. Clean and easy.

Quite pale. A touch of florals, and a hint of brett on the nose. The palate shows a hint of mead in its dryness and slight floral notes, and then a touch of brett again. Mellow malt character. Wouldn't call this a mead, barely a braggot really. Not bad, certainly with the nice brett character.

500ml bottle (thx, Jonathan D.!) at Matt's. Pours a clear blonde with a weak white head. Aroma is funky with some honey notes. Similar taste. Good one.
