  IPA - Brut Regular
Score
6.72
ABV: 5.8% IBU: - Ticks: 4
This is a Brut IPA brewed with Hallertau Blanc, Huell Melon and Citra. The dryness of this beer is an ideal platform to showcase the hop profile of this beer. We went big on Hallertau Blanc and Huell Melon giving this beer a prominent White Grape and Honeydew Melon character, with Citra providing underlying citrus note.

On tap at Twin Sails, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Nose brings out bitter piney hops, with some citrus and a bit of champagne mustiness. Flavour is along the same lines, with citrus and piney hops, crisp biscuity malt and a hint of the champagne yeast. Nice and dry, and well-balanced. Good stuff.

Taster at the brewery. Pours a bit hazy pale golden with a weak white head. Aroma is quite pleasant with lots of fruity and some tea notes. Taste is similar with lots of fruitiness. I would not say this is very dry. Quite good.

Draught at the brewery
Hazy blond colour. Nice hop perfume (7.5); very dry, the body is light, the mouthfeel ethereal, the malt base is light and crisp (6.5), mild spicy character that seems usual for Brut IPAs, weak finish.
Good beer, really the same profile as many dry APAs or ISAs.
