Bottle - Funky and weird. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Funky and a bit roughy, but seriously interesting for a new brewery.

Hazy, light yellow. Thin head. The aroma is earthy, with a light brett character. On the palate, with a big earthy note, quite a bit of brett. Yeasty, balanced, just a touch of sweet pale malt, and definitely a lot of earthy hops - and these aren't earthy hop varietals.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of brett upfront, with earthy hops, some citrus, and barnyard funk. Flavour is loaded with barnyard funk, with loads of earthy hops, earthy funk, and tons of brett yeast. Lovely use of brett yeast, pretty much entirely subduing the hops. Really nice.
