Celebrating the beautiful Valley we all call home, our Collab beer was brewed with a Belgian Saison yeast, Chilliwack River Valley Honey and double dry-hopped with the first harvest of the Abbotsford-grown and Canadian-designed Sasquatch Hops, our Farmhouse Ale is floral with a hint of spice and a delicate finish.

Draft - Touch of Perfumy hops, citrus and some glue. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Sweet and bready with some glue.

Draught at the Alibi Room, Vancouver
Hazy to cloudy, blond colour with compact head. Surgical, lab borne Saison yeast, a bit spicy; traces of coriander; it's rater unattenuated, which is not a problem for me, a bit estery too.
Clean but fake Saison.

Dull light dull, haze, thin head, sticky, sweet and black, maybe a touch of peppery spice from the yeast but definitely underattenuated.

Taster at Alibi Room with Alex. Pours a hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is a bit funky with flowery notes. Taste is similar with peppery notes. Tastes like a Belgian style saison. Ok.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a clear pale hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out underattenuated saison yeast, with cereal notes. Flavour brings out cereal notes, sweet saison yeast and candied estery sweetness. Underattentuated, estery and lacking depth. Lame.
