Middling clear gold body and little head, has an odd detergenty split smell of wheat and grain. Flavour is semi peppery grain, dry, simple. Full enough on the mouth. Drinkable but standard for a saison.

On tap at Mount Arrowsmith, pours a hazy dull copper blonde with a small white head. Aroma is very estery, with lots of cotton candy and sweet saison yeast. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of estery notes from the yeast. Nothing close to an authentic saison. Bad.

Cloudy yellow, white head. Dry spicy nose . Spicy yeasty palate, sweet and tart, very gassy. Not a fan

Bottle - Perfumy and flowery. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Bready, sweet and light bitterness. Not bad.
