Straight lavender with a bitter finish. It's so much lavender, so much citrusy gin notes. Maybe could enjoy it if it didn't have a very very long bitter finish. Gnarly how much gin flavor there is though.

Bottle at share. Medium golden, spotty head. Herbal, floral aroma. Taste is more of this botanical base, coupled with a sharp tartness.

Enjoyed at the Mikkeller Baghaven Wild Ale Celebration 2020, at Refshaleøen, Copenhagen. Heavy herbal character with lavender.

ABV: 6.0%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is fruity, berries, biscuit malt, wood, sour lemon - citrus, oak, light floral - flowers - lavender. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, sour, tart, fruity, wheat, lemon - citrus, light oak - gin, light floral - flowers - lavender. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20200208]

Bottle at De Garde 6th Anniversary. Pours a hazy orange gold with spotty white head. The aroma is strong gin, earth, rosemary, lavander. Thin body, strong lavander, rosemary, funky, dry finish, very nice.

750ml bottle pours out crisp golden topped with a white head. Nose is big lavender some gin kick. Taste is more of the big lavender gin barrel funk.

Tap at MASHfest in Barcellona. Cloudy orangey pour with an adhesive white foam. Nose is lavender forward, a bit basil. Mouth: although the nose is totally lavander mouthfeel is citric, tart, not much invasive but sourish and clean grapefruit.
