Capped 750 from Berkeley Bowl West. Pours hazy/translucent copper with a near white head. Aroma of mildly sour fruit and oak. Med body or so. Flavor is tart/sour pale stone fruit with astringent oak. Dry. Tart. Astringent. Woody. Either earthy, a bit musty or both. Darn tasty. Love the long slow woodiness to the finish.

750mL bottle, pours a deep dark caramel orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of funky brett, with earthy notes, and oak. Flavour is along the same lines, with earthy notes, oak and funky brett. Oaky and bretty. Solid stuff.

Bottle - A bit of a ketchup note. Cloudy copper with a decent white head. Ketchup and some light earthy notes.

Tasting at Brian's; bottled 02/28/2018
Dull and cloudy light brown colour. I feel like I'm drinking a blend of American Saison and vegetables smoothie (celery, tomatoes); woody astringency in the finish.
Random acts of brewing.

750ml bottle from Denman LRS at Brian's. Pours a hazy golden with a solid white head. Aroma is a bit veggie with funk and barrel notes. Similar taste with some veggie and barrel notes. Meh.
