We've doggone done some crazy work in the Bad Dog Brewery. We dry hopped three times during active fermentation and mashed it up to an insane 84.5 IBU.
List of hops in the batch include: Amarillo, Cascade, Centennial, Columbus, Fuggle, Hallertau, Hersbrucker, Magnum, Millenium, Mosaic and probably some stuff lying around...
Hang on tight when you take Dizzy Dogs for a spin.

Can bought from the brewery. I broke you in the canyon, I drowned you in that lake. You, a snake I would trample, only thing I'd not embrace. Pours with big white foam on top of a reasonably carbonated lighter brown liquid; smells of vegetably hops, no distinction. You couldn't dam that river, and maybe I don't give a damn anyway. The flavour is an oozing malt affair with plenty of oily hops, no distinction, wonky murky stuff just spilling over. Medium finish, plenty of oily mouthfeel. Okay overall but nonetheless not bright, just a bit of kind of sludge. Perfect for Alice in Chains, but somehow if I wasn't randomly listening to it.... here they come to snub the rooster, my frustration. Meh. Don't OD on this, ya hear?

Hazy, dullish amber, thin head. Very earthy aroma - some spicy, piney hops but also quite chewy. The hops are very spicy, the malts fairly chewy, touch of alcohol.

473mL can, pours a cloudy golden orange with a beige head. Aroma brings out oranges, resinous hops, boiled vegetables, and caramel malt. Flavour is quite bitter, yet sweet, with earthy hops, bitter pine, and biscuity and bready malt. Bitter, malty and a bit vegetal. Not great, but not bad.
