Has a soft salt aroma with some grain. Slight foggy gold body and a tiny bit of foam on top. Flavour is good tartness, slight fresh lemon juice and salt on the back end. Dry finish. This is a fine gose attempt.

Draft - Soured and saline grains. Clear gold with a decent white head. Soured grains, passion fruit and a nice saline finish. Solid.

On tap at Strathcona, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out light earthiness with a touch of lacto. Flavour reveals subdued honey, with plenty of salt and lacto. Yogurty palate, with a nice contribution of salt. Solid.

Cloudy, thin head, fruity nose, lime, bit yeasty. Tart on the palate with citrusy notes and a light saltiness. Can't say I'm picking up much rye...I'm curious as to what influence it should be having, actually.

Hazy pale blond colour, few sparse bubbles rather than proper beer head. Gentle lactic acid aroma. The lactic acid flavour is quite strong, but also the doughy yeast feeling; the mouthfeel is dry and weak; evident saltiness, a bit spicy, and this could be indeed the combination of rye and honey.
Maybe not perfectly executed, but at least it's rather bold in its category, and enjoyable.

Murky blond colour. The aroma is a bit yeasty, light acid, lemon. The mouthfeel is a bit chalky, it has a strong lactic acid character moderate acidity, some lemon, light plum, not sure about the salt.
Robust, very good.
