473ml can. Pours a clear red-brown with a medium, foamy, long lasting, beige head that leaves curtains of lace. Aroma of toasted bready malt, toffee, earth and nuts. Bittersweet flavour of toasted bready malt, caramel, dark chocolate, ash, nuts and earth in a dry, mild bitter finish. Medium body with an oily texture and soft carbonation. A good effort.

Soft muddy brown body and vague foam on top. Soft sweet barley on the nose but nothing else. Flavour is sharp sweet coffee with barley hints. Semi-dry finish but sugar lingers on the tongue. A rather standard dark lager with nothing to differentiate it.

Dark brown colour. Quite good dark malts, a bit bready, with lean body, and no earthiness.
Not bad.

Can at Erik's. Pours a dark brown with a tan head. Aroma is not very pleasant with some fruity and roasted malt notes. Similar taste. At least it is consistent, consistently not really pleasant, hehe.

Can - Roasty malts. Dark brown with a small white head. Toasty malts and some toffee. Decent.

16 oz. can, pours a deep dark brown with a small beige head. Nose brings out gentle toasted hops and a touch of caramel. Flavour is along the same lines, with earthy toasted malt and a bit of stale bready notes. Not very deep. Weak stuff.
