An arabier is a pure malt beer 8°vol/alc brewed with flower Nugget-hops from Poperinge. It has the special dry-hopping taste and aroma, so appreciated by beer lovers all over the world. It is one of the two main beers from De Dolle Brouwers throughout the year. Aging time is limited due to the fact that hop bitterness is declining with the time. Store arabier cool and dark and serve cool at 10°C. Cheers!

Bottle at home from Brewdog online. Aroma is sharp zesty citrus peel, grapefruit, belgian yeast and wheaty malts. Hazed golden straw coloured pour with a really big rocky white head and sticky lace. Flavour is crisp clean base malts, light toast. hops are zesty grapefruit pith, and earthy lemon. Solid bitterness. Palate is dominated by very high carbonation, fills the mouth with bubbles that massage the tongue. Finish is dry and highly attenuated.

In Leuven bottle. Pours vivid yellow, hazy with a huge white foam. Nose of citrus, lemon, Belgian yeast. Great taste: wit feel and grainy notes mixed with a perfect carbonation and a dry end. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A 330ml bottle. Pours a cloudy orange-golden with a three fingers off-white head. Wee bits of yeast sea-monkey-ing their way around in there. Nice nose of yeast, a fruity sweetness and a touch of booze. bready malts show up with cream, corn syrup (though not sweet). A good beer.

From bottle to glass. Earth and spice notes are dominate, with slight lemon and full yeast. Pours a hazy deep gold with lots of yeast in suspension. MASSIVE head implies over carbonated, and after it finally subsides, a lingering and beautiful pure white head remains. Taste is spice and biscuit malt with moderate low bitterness. Finishes semi-dry.
