An arabier is a pure malt beer 8°vol/alc brewed with flower Nugget-hops from Poperinge. It has the special dry-hopping taste and aroma, so appreciated by beer lovers all over the world. It is one of the two main beers from De Dolle Brouwers throughout the year. Aging time is limited due to the fact that hop bitterness is declining with the time. Store arabier cool and dark and serve cool at 10°C. Cheers!

From old tasting notes. Cloudy orange gold color. Creamy white head. Subtle yeasty malt nose with hints of orange peel and cardamom. Zesty huge malt flavor with plenty of citrus overtones. Dry grapefruit peel finish. Very nice.

0.33l bottle. Slightly hazy golden body with a huge rocky head. Aroma of bread, ginger, lemon zest, orange zest and champagne. Taste of bread, hay, lemon juice, orange zest, coriander and earthy hops. Awesome beer.

Keg at six degrees north Edinburgh. Pours clear golden, nose is sugary, yeasty, caramel, orange, taste is similar, sweet.

Bottle from Bacchanalia, Cambridge. Light straw, cloudy with a fairly big white head. Nice notes of candy sugar, yeast, hard citrus. Incredibly bitter taste from aggressive hopping. Some posset and grapefruit. Finish is achingly bitter, thin body with a moderate amount of carbonation. Excellent stuff.

F: very huge, white, extremely long lasting. C: gold, light hazy. A: orange peels, spicy, lemon, green apple, floral, yeast. T: malt, orange, light grapefruit, spicy, apple, yeast, pear, peach, taste is better than the aroma but still one could expect more, medium body, high quite annoying carbonation, BB: 07/2017, 33cl bottle from Prik&Tik Kampenhout.

Bottle from Boise Co-op. Lively bottle, cloudy orange amber with towering rocky head. Big yeasty aroma, Taste leads with the yeast, adds some savory flavors, some bittering hops. Dries out towards the end, but savory spices linger.
