Very faint light yellow body with only a little foam. Soft hops aroma, nothing else. Flavour is heavy alcoholic lager with boozy hops on the back end. Weird for only 4.5% maybe some people dig it. Seems incongruous.

On tap at Taylight, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma is very faint, with grassy hops and cereal malt. Flavour is crisp and nicely bitter, with grassy hops, straw and a crisp crackery malt. Has a nice clean character and solid punch. Above average lager - not sure what 2/3 of the other powerful raters were thinking.

Draft - Touch of light grain. Pale clear gold with a decent white head. Light grains, light citrus and a decent bitterness. Pretty complex for a lager.

Very pale, thin head, touch of chill haze. Husky and with green apples...not smelling all that nice. Yeah, husky, astringent and appley. A miss, for me.

Draught at the brewery
Pale blond colour. The aroma is a bit grassy. The mouthfeel is very dry, weak, with light hay flavour. Unfortunately it has some unpleasant pithy bitterness in the finish.
Weird.
