750ml bottle (c&c).2017 bottling. Pours a clear 24k gold color with a smallish white head that soon disappears. The aroma is big with fresh peaches, vanilla and some brett. The taste is sour peaches, light smoke, vanilla and oak. The palate is medium. Finishes long and sour/tart with a trace of smoke. Overall: This is a very sour beer, and a very nice one. I would have liked more smoke character--but that's a minor complaint.

Light copper, clear, a tiny bit of white head. Sour, tart, a bit sweet. Peach, some dry smoky wood, softly acidic. Nice.

On tap at DRBE 9. Pours a hazy orange gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is strong peach flesh, oak, smoke, wheat. Light body, tart peach, funk, wood, light smoke in finish, very nice.

Bottle pour @ Sori Taproom, 2017 vintage. Sour, funky and oaky with some vinegar, bourbon, vanilla, peaches and hints of smoky leather. Interesting, but quite sour and intense.
