Bottle at the hotel in Berlin. Pours clear, light brown with a fine, creamy white head. Soft caramel and toast nose. Sweet flavor, some toasty sugar, dry leaves, light sticky caramel. Light bodied with average, creamy carbonation. Semi-dry, toasted malt finish, mild leafy and herbal hops. Very bland, though there is a decent lingering dry and slightly earthy bitterness that adds just enough character to keep it mildly interesting.

Bottle looks simple, but good. Beer in the glass dark, small head. Starts very mild, modest malty-dry. Finish still mild, almost washy, modest fruity-dry. Okay.

Bottle. A clear, copper colored beer topped by a small, off-white head. Oxidised nose with caramel, nuts and some chocolate. A little cellar in the flavor, some fruits too, but mostly caramel. Medium body, quite dry. Bitter finish. Definately not my favorite, but had no problems finishing it. 100108

Bottled@Kahdet Kasvot, Tampere (thanks to Jossus bf). Ambery brown colour with mediumsized lacing beige head. Aroma is bready malts, some caramel malts as well as mild bready notes along with some slight herbal and wooden notes. Flavour is rather much the same along with some slight dark dry fruity notes as well. Quite wooden and bready finish. Wellbalanced and pleasant brew.
