Luminous is a series of hazy, Sour IPAs with malted oats and our house yeast strain. This first batch (Luminous 01) was fermented with Apricot and dry hopped with Enigma, Citra, and Motueka. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Tasting at Brian's; can
Murky pale pink colour. Vanilla berry ice cream aroma. Dirty oats mouthfeel, some residual sweetness, raspberries, and artificial vanilla.
Not bad.

Can - Lots of tropical fruit. Murky orange with almost no head. Soured tropical notes with a simple fruity long finish. Perfumy and decent.

Muddy pale pink, light raspberry. Sour, vanilla, raspberry, light bitterness, kind of a messy mess, really. Yeah, it's a miss, balance is off and yeah, no.

16 oz. can, pours an opaque peachy orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out tart, pithy raspberries, and lots of lactose. Flavour is along the same lines, with tart raspberries, and lots of lactose. Sweet and fruity. This just isn't good.
